Previously, Gautam was the Director of Product Management at Sprinklr, collaborating with global corporations on digital transformation through social and customer experience products. At Citigroup, Gautam held multiple positions, including SVP of Re-Engineering, leading transformation initiatives to achieve significant reengineering goals, and earlier served as the Front Office Transformation Lead at JPMorgan Private Bank, redesigning operating models. Gautam's career began at Capital One as a Group Manager, focusing on holistic marketing effectiveness, and includes consulting roles at Diamond Management & Technology Consultants. Gautam also contributed to Honeywell's Six Sigma initiative as a Financial Analyst. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Duke University and a Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering.
