Michele Sierra

Michele Sierra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and administration. Since February 2025, Michele has served as the Chief Administrative Officer at Haven for Hope, following a 15-year tenure at Brighton Center, where roles included Vice President of Human Resources, Director of Administration, and Human Resources Director. Prior experience includes serving as an Executive Team Leader in Human Resources at Target from June 2005 to January 2010 and a Management Trainee Intern at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in 2004. Michele holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
