Shanna Wurm

Shanna Wurm is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and client experience. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Operations at Haven for Hope since April 2016, Shanna has successfully organized and realigned operations to align with the organization's vision, implementing key policies and standard operating procedures. Previously, Shanna held the position of Senior Director of Client Experience and Special Projects at Bites of Heaven, where essential business frameworks and marketing strategies were developed. Additionally, as CEO/Executive Director at the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, leadership was provided to a large team, re-establishing the organization’s mission and purpose. Shanna holds a Bachelor's degree from The University of Texas at El Paso, earned between 1996 and 2000.
