Chris Lipari

Chris Lipari currently serves as the Director of Product Innovation at HAVI, where responsibilities include spearheading the design and nationwide rollout of an advanced planning product utilizing ML/AI-driven forecasting across 15,000 locations. Chris has effectively implemented comprehensive change management strategies, trained over 100 employees, and fostered cross-functional collaboration with various teams and external partners. Previously, Chris held multiple roles at HAVI, including Supply Chain Director - CPFR and North American Business Support Manager, focusing on process optimization and collaboration among supply chain partners. Chris has also worked at ALDI Stores as a District Manager, overseeing store operations and improving efficiency. A graduate of Miami University with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management, Chris possesses extensive experience in supply chain management and innovation.
