Claire Garry

Claire Garry is an experienced leader in talent management and diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as the Senior People Director of Talent and DEI at HAVI since May 2023, where Claire focuses on the design and implementation of strategic talent initiatives. Previously, as Global Head of Talent, Performance Development and Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion at Swarovski, Claire supported the development and retention of talent to drive sustainable business performance. With a background in human resource services at PwC in Ireland and Switzerland, Claire has managed large international assignment programs and developed expertise in global mobility. Claire's educational qualifications include a Diploma in Learning and Development from CIPD, a Leadership Academy certification from Hult Ashridge Executive Education, and a Bachelor's degree in Business and Law from University College Dublin.
