Josje Ginsel

Josje Ginsel is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Adviseur at HAVI since September 2021. Prior to this role, Josje worked as a Consultant at NS, focusing on the testing and implementation of the LMS SuccessFactors, and at Launch!, where a passion for all-round HR, Payroll, and IT was developed. Josje's earlier experience includes serving as a Data Migration Lead and IT Coordinator for Vattenfall, overseeing the migration of HR Core, Payroll, and Time data from SAP to SAP SuccessFactors. As an HR Specialist at Regardz Hospitality Group B.V., responsibilities included personnel and payroll administration for approximately 250 employees, recruitment and selection processes, and advising management on various HR matters. Josje’s career began with roles in hospitality and retail, including positions at Van der Valk Hotel De Bilt - Utrecht, Nettorama, and C1000. Josje holds a degree from the HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and also completed a certification from Associatie voor Examinering.
