Sandy Miller has held several positions in the field of human resources. Sandy began their career at Cigital, where they served as the Vice President of Human Resources from an unknown start date until June 2004. Sandy then joined Danfoss in Baltimore, MD, as the HR Director for North America from October 2006 to July 2009. Sandy then transitioned to a role as the HR Director for Automatic Controls at Danfoss from January 2009 to July 2014. Sandy continued their career at Danfoss Power Solutions as the Vice President of Human Resources from July 2014 to May 2016. Sandy currently holds the position of EVP of People and Organizational Development at Havtech since June 2016.
Sandy Miller obtained a BS degree in Political Science from Old Dominion University, where they studied from 1987 to 1991. Later, they pursued further education at Marymount University, completing an MS degree in Organizational Effectiveness from 2001 to 2002.
