Ashley Noji has a diverse work experience in the banking and finance industry. Ashley is currently working at Hawaii State Federal Credit Union as the VP, Product Strategy and Retail Analytics Division Manager. Prior to this, they worked at American Savings Bank as the SVP, Commercial & Home Loans Product Manager. Ashley also had a long tenure at Bank of Hawaii where they held various roles including SVP, Director of Retail Deposits and Credit Card, VP, Deposit Product and Analytics Manager, AVP, Commercial Banking Officer, and Commercial Banking Analyst. Before joining Bank of Hawaii, Ashley worked at Elliott Wilson Trucks as the Director of Finance and Operations. Ashley started their career at Bank of Hawaii as a Bank Associate - Management Trainee and also gained experience as a Financial Analyst Intern at Reebok Japan.
Ashley Noji obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a Japan-focused concentration from the University of Hawaii at Manoa from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in International Business at Hawaii Pacific University from 2003 to 2006. Their earlier education includes attending Severn School from 1999 to 2003, although their degree and field of study during that time are unspecified.
