Joel H. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Joel is currently working as the Regional Director of Sales and Marketing at Hawthorn Senior Living. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Sales and Business Development at Preston Woodall House, Inc. In addition, they were the General Manager of Mansions on Fifth, where they successfully improved the lodging and event business. Earlier in their career, Joel worked as a Systems Analyst at Xerox Metro Document Center, where they were responsible for project management and software implementation. Joel also served as a Project Manager at the NC Administrative Office of the Courts, overseeing the implementation of the Magistrate System. Joel began their career as a Police Officer II at the Durham Police Department, where they were involved in crime prevention, law enforcement, and community engagement.
Joel H. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Shaw University, attending from 1996 to 1999.
