Rajitha Kariyawasan currently serves as the Managing Director of HAYCARB PLC since January 2010. In addition, Rajitha holds the position of Executive Director at The Hayleys Group (Hayleys PLC) since June 2010 and serves as Deputy Chairman of Dipped Products PLC since October 2020. Prior to these roles, Rajitha was the General Manager/Director at Ansell Protective Solutions from 1996 to 2009. Rajitha's academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Moratuwa, a Fellowship from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, and a Black Belt in Six Sigma from Motorola University. Rajitha completed high school at Royal College Colombo.
