Azrul Aziz currently serves as the Global Director of Sourcing at Hayco, where responsibilities include delivering value, quality, and innovation through responsible sourcing and transforming the Global Sourcing function. Previously, Azrul held various positions at PZ Cussons, including Global Head of Packaging Procurement, where a key achievement was co-leading a global packaging community to enhance business growth, and Global Head of 3rd Party Manufacturing & Logistics Procurement, overseeing a sourcing strategy that contributed significantly to company revenue. Prior experience at Procter & Gamble spanned roles such as Director of Global Program Management for Skin Care, and Regional Senior Purchasing Manager for ASEAN, Australasia, and India, demonstrating expertise in strategic sourcing and supply chain management. Azrul holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Indonesia and a postgraduate qualification from PPM School of Management.
