Nataniel Sierra Jeudy is an experienced engineer with a background in sustaining engineering and quality assurance. Currently serving as Engineer I in Sustaining Engineering at Hayco since August 2022, responsibilities include creating protocols for injection molds, planning and executing validation protocols for processes and equipment. Prior to this role, Nataniel worked as an Incoming Quality Engineer at Medsorb Dominicana, S.A. from January 2018 to August 2022, overseeing the inspection and validation of incoming materials and performing quality control tests. Nataniel also contributed as a Medical Device Assembler in the same company and gained manufacturing experience at Ocean Rock Corp from December 2013 to July 2017, where jewelry comprising precious metals and diamonds was produced. Nataniel holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Federico Henríquez y Carvajal, completed in 2018.
