Vaibhav Ghadiok has a wealth of experience in the engineering field. Vaibhav began their career in 2006 as a Research Assistant at the Indian Institute of Science. In 2008, they worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at both the University of California, Riverside and Utah State University, as well as a Teaching Assistant/Lab Instructor at the University of California, Riverside. In 2015, they joined Nixie Labs as a Robotics Engineer (Intern) and worked on flight controls of a hand-launched wrist-worn quadrotor. Vaibhav then moved on to NAUTO, where they held two positions: Head of Mapping and Computer Vision Engineer. In 2018, they joined Visible Sensors as the Navigation & Perception Lead, where they developed Visual-Inertial-Radar Odometry algorithms. Lastly, in 2019, they became the Cofounder & EVP - Engineering of Hayden AI, a California-based firm that has developed an artificial intelligence-powered data collection platform for smart and safe cities. Vaibhav also became the Cofounder & EVP Engineering - Hayden AI at Berkeley SkyDeck.

Vaibhav Ghadiok obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Instrumentation & Electronics from RV College of Engineering in 2007. Vaibhav then went on to obtain a Master of Science (M.S.) in Electrical Engineering from Utah State University in 2011. Following that, they obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Riverside in 2015. Vaibhav also attempted a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD (Discontinued) in Electrical Engineering - Control Systems from the University of California, Riverside in 2015. Prior to this, they attended Delhi Public School - R. K. Puram from 1990 to 2003.
