Don Nguyen has extensive work experience in the financial sector. Don started their career at Deloitte in 2000 as a Manager, where they worked until 2006. In 2007, they joined Barings as a Director and held this position until September 2020. Currently, Don serves as the Head of Fund Finance at Hayfin Capital Management LLP, starting from September 2020.
Don Nguyen attended Imperial College London from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics with Management.
