Matthew Asplet has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. matthew started their career as an Audit Junior and progressed to Senior at Wilkins Kennedy LLP, where they worked on client audits, accounts, and tax work. matthew then moved on to Man, where they held multiple positions, including Head of Daily Position Control and FoFunds Team Manager. matthew was responsible for managing business risk, overseeing reconciliations, and ensuring accurate NAVs and financial statements were released on time. Matthew also worked at State Street as an Assistant Vice President, leading a team and providing leadership on business and technical issues. matthew joined Ferox Capital Partners as an Accountant before becoming the Head of Fund Accounting at Hayfin Capital Management LLP. In between these roles, they took a sabbatical in South America, completed various volunteer work, and set up a small import business.
Matthew Asplet received their Batchelor of Science (BSc) degree in Physics from The University of Manchester, where they studied from 1997 to 2000.
