Hayleys Advantis
GAR Lakshan has extensive work experience in the construction industry. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as a Site Engineer at Maga Engineering. In 2009, they joined Taisei Corporation as a Project Engineer. GAR then moved to Nawaloka Construction Company (Pvt) Ltd in 2010, where they held the positions of Project Manager from 2010 to 2020 and Operations Manager from 2020 to 2021. Currently, they are working as the Head of Roads and Bridges at Hayleys Advantis Limited since 2021.
From 2004 to 2008, GAR Lakshan attended the University of Ruhuna, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Bsc.Eng) with a focus on Civil and Environmental studies.
