Melanie Swenson

Melanie Swenson, CPSP, has extensive experience in benefits administration and human resources across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Benefits Administrator at Haynes and Boone, LLP since December 2014, Melanie oversees the administration of significant 401(k) and Profit Sharing plans, ensuring regulatory compliance and managing various aspects of retirement plan operations. Prior to this role, Melanie was a Senior HR Specialist at LSG Sky Chefs for over 13 years, where responsibilities included the administration of pension and 401(k) plans, leading record keeper conversions, and conducting employee communications and seminars. Earlier positions included roles as Program Manager for Labor Costing and Senior HR Analyst, where Melanie supported contract administration and provided data analyses for executive decision-making. Melanie began a career in business development at Fort Worth Community Credit Union. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Arts with a minor in Psychology from Susquehanna University.
