Adam Rubinger is the Chief Client Experience Office at HaystackID. Adam has over 20 years of experience and proven leadership in litigation support, information governance, as well as managing large-scale electronic discovery projects. He’s a technologist, lawyer, and expert in the area of electronic discovery, analytics, discovery workflow, and matter management.
As Chief Client Experience Officer, Adam works directly with HaystackID’s clients on their eDiscovery team as the executive sponsor, ensuring they have the best experience possible. He provides guidance, consultation, and advice to the teams in all areas of the process, from collections to production. He is highly involved in most aspects of the portfolio and works at all levels of the organization to ensure a positive client experience. Given both his legal and technical background, he is an excellent liaison between the HaystackID team, the client, and their outside counsel.
Prior to joining HaystackID, Adam held management positions in operations, sales and consulting with NightOwl Global, IPRO Tech, TechLaw Solutions, Daticon/EED, and Fios, Inc. Adam has participated in The Sedona Conference Working Groups 1 and 6 and served as faculty in The Sedona Conference eDNT Training program. He has written many articles as well as CLEs dealing with emerging technologies such as social media, instant messaging, data migrations, analytics, and remote collection technologies. Adam is a graduate from the Hamline University School of Law and the University of Minnesota.
