Katie Greene

Katie Greene is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and process improvement. Currently serving as Sr. Manufacturing Engineering Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager at Hayward Holdings, Inc. since November 2023, Katie previously held the position of Focus Factory Manager at Modine Manufacturing Company from February 2023 to November 2023. Prior to that, Katie worked at Nordson EFD as Manufacturing Manager and Sr. Manufacturing Engineer from July 2015 to February 2023. Experience also includes roles as Process Engineer at General Cable, specializing in the Fiber Optic Cable department, and as Process Engineer at Toray Plastics America in the vacuum chamber metallizing department. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Tufts University and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
