Sarah Kamp

Sarah Kamp is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as Senior Manager, Human Resource Business Partner at Hayward Holdings, Inc. since July 2023, Sarah previously held the position of Manager, Human Resource Business Partner at Regional Finance from January 2021 to June 2023, where responsibilities included developing HR strategies around retention and succession planning. Before that, Sarah served as Assistant Vice President, Human Resources Generalist at United Community Bank from August 2017 to December 2020, supporting HR initiatives for multiple teams. Sarah began the HR career at Regional Finance in 2011, progressing through various roles including Human Resources Specialist and Training Systems Administrator. Sarah holds a Master’s certificate in Human Resource Management from Anderson University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Clemson University.
