Rannon Arch serves as the Director of Co-Occurring Clinical Services at the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation, where responsibilities include orchestrating operations across national sites to integrate mental health services into recovery programming and ensuring standardized care while monitoring patient outcomes. Rannon has held various leadership roles within the foundation, including Manager of Co-Occurring Enhanced Clinical Services and Program Manager of Clinical Services, consistently guiding multidisciplinary teams to meet organizational goals and improve patient engagement. Prior experience includes roles as a Co-Occurring Counselor at NUWAY, where innovative telehealth services were implemented, and addiction counseling positions at Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation, utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities. Rannon holds a Master’s Degree in Addiction & Mental Health Treatment from Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Hamline University.
