Aleksander Malowany

Aleksander Malowany is a seasoned professional in real estate investments, currently serving as a Partner at Hazelview Investments since October 2018, having previously held roles as an Associate and Analyst within the same firm. Prior to this, Aleksander was a Senior Team Athlete at Rowing Canada Aviron and worked as a Junior Accountant at Spoken Communications, where responsibilities included managing accounts payable and receivable and preparing financial reports. Aleksander has academic credentials including a Master of Philosophy in Real Estate Finance from the University of Cambridge, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Washington, and is an ongoing student at Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada. Aleksander also has a distinguished history as a student athlete, contributing to a four-time national championship team in men's crew at the University of Washington and winning individual national championships in 2012, 2013, and 2015.
