Mary Jo Miller has extensive work experience in the design and creative direction field. Mary Jo started their career in 1982 as a Color Material Specialist at HOK and then moved on to VOA Associates Incorporated as a Color Materials Specialist and Art Procurement. In 1987, they joined Interface as a Creative Consultant before joining HBF Textiles in 1989. At HBF Textiles, they held the positions of Vice President of Design and Creative Direction as well as Vice President of Design and Development.
Mary Jo Miller attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 1976 to 1980, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Fine Arts and Education. Following that, they pursued further education at Washington University in St. Louis from 1980 to 1982, earning a Master of Fine Arts degree in Printmaking and Drawing.
