Anas Iqbal Shah

Anas Iqbal Shah is an experienced information security professional currently serving as the Information Security Manager at HBL Asset Management Limited since December 2023. Prior to this role, Anas worked as a SIEM Engineer at Blutech Consulting, where responsibilities included overseeing security operations for global projects across various sectors and providing cybersecurity consultancy to reduce operational risk. Anas has also held positions at Trillium Information Security Systems as an Information Security Engineer, focusing on the deployment of QRadar SIEM solutions, and at the State Bank of Pakistan in multiple capacities, including System Backup & Recovery Administrator and System Administrator, where Anas managed enterprise backup infrastructure and Windows Active Directory. Early in the career, Anas gained technical support experience at PTCL. Anas holds a Master's degree in Computer Science with a focus on Computer Systems Networking from the Dadabhoy Institute of Higher Education and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Karachi University.
