Robert Boro is a Senior Project Manager and Senior Bridge Engineer at Hbm Engineering Group LLC since January 2016. Robert previously worked as a Bridge Liaison Engineer at the Illinois Department of Transportation from 1999 to December 2015. With a background in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Robert has extensive experience managing various consultants and an in-house design group for bridge and roadway maintenance and repair projects in the Chicago metropolitan area. Prior to their role at IDOT, Robert was a Bridge Design Engineer, responsible for managing the structural design of major bridges on state highways statewide.
