Bobbi Basile

Bobbi Basile is an accomplished legal industry professional with over 30 years of experience in strategic, operational, and technology services for Am Law 200 law firms and Fortune 500 legal departments. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Client Engagement at Harbor since August 2023 and Executive Vice President at HBR Consulting since August 2014, Bobbi co-leads the Strategy + Transformation practice during a significant integration of three companies to better serve the legal sector. Additionally, Bobbi is a Fellow at the College of Law Practice Management and co-founder of Insight Optix, which provides innovative technology solutions for discovery processes. Previous roles include Director of Consulting and Analytics at RenewData, Executive Director at Ernst & Young, and various positions focused on consulting and operational strategy for corporate law departments. Bobbi holds a B.S. in Paralegal Studies from Wayland Baptist University.
