Joseph Vogel is currently working as a Sr. Superintendent/Team Leader at HBW Construction, where Joseph oversees a team of superintendents, ensuring training, adherence to quality standards, and OSHA safety standards. Prior to this, Joseph worked as a Superintendent at Palmers Contracting Group, handling schedules, progress of security and construction projects. Joseph also served as a Service Division Manager at Monarc Construction, Inc., overseeing multiple projects and ensuring safety regulations were followed. Before transitioning to the construction industry, Joseph worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant at National Rehabilitation hospital after completing their Associate of Science degree in Physical Therapy/Therapist at Montgomery College.
