Currently serving as the Global Senior HR Business Partner Director at HBX Group since July 2023, Rebecca previously held positions including Global Senior HR Business Partner on a contract basis at Berkeley Research Group LLC and Head of HR at Vanquis Banking Group. In the latter role, Rebecca managed HR functions for both Moneybarn and the Technology & Change division. Additional experience includes leadership roles at BBA Aviation plc, Vodafone, and Virgin Media Business, among others. Rebecca holds a PgD in Human Resource Management and a BA Hons in European Studies, with advanced studies conducted in France as part of an ERASMUS exchange.
