Tu Phan, MBA, is an experienced finance professional with a proven track record in healthcare management and operational excellence. Currently serving as the Vice President of Finance at HCA Healthcare since January 2019, Tu has successfully led financial turnarounds and supported significant operational improvements across a 400+ bed hospital and its satellite locations.
