Georgina Anderson currently serves as the Head of Employee Communications and Social Impact at HCF Australia since January 2020, having previously held the position of Head of Employee Communications & Sustainability and Communications Manager. Prior to HCF, Georgina worked at Unilever from November 2014 to March 2021 in various roles, including Sustainable Business Communications Manager and Wellbeing Lead, where responsibilities included managing the Employee Engagement Strategy and leading initiatives related to mental health and sustainability. Georgina also held roles at Unilever from 2011 to 2014, Hume City Council from 2009 to 2011, and Ogilvy Earth from 2007 to 2009. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Certificate in Sustainability from Swinburne University of Technology and a BA in Communications from the University of Technology Sydney.
