Shobnom Zerin is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in business analysis and software engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst in the RT Health Division at HCF Australia since May 2022, Shobnom is involved in documentation, workflow design, system integration, and data analysis. Previously, Shobnom worked at IQVIA from August 2014 to May 2022, where responsibilities included client management and product ownership for technology solutions, as well as serving as a Senior Business Architect.
