Mike Rude

Mike Rude is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership, currently serving as Operating Partner at Cressey & Company since January 2024. Previous roles include Executive Partner – CHRO at Gartner from April 2022 to December 2023 and SVP & CHRO at Option Care Health from 2015 to 2022. Mike has held senior positions such as SVP & CHRO at Catamaran and Corporate VP & CHRO at Stryker, as well as VP HR roles at both Boston Scientific and Dun & Bradstreet. Beginning a career in HR at Baxter International Inc., Mike has developed a strong background in organizational communications, holding a Master of Arts from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and completing executive education programs at Harvard Business School and the University of Michigan.
