Currently serving as an Executive/Operating Partner at HCI Equity Partners and a member of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee for Helmerich & Payne, Cramton has held significant positions such as Chairman and CEO of Tribar Technologies Inc. and Executive Chairman of Atlantix Global Systems. Prior roles include CEO at CARDONE Industries and Revstone Industries, as well as Executive Chairman at Niles Co. Ltd. and Managing Director at RHJ International. With extensive experience at Ford Motor Company in various management roles in corporate business development, Cramton also participates as Director and Chairman of the Audit Committees for several companies, highlighting a strong expertise in corporate governance. Cramton's educational background includes degrees from the London Business School and Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business.
