Alex Yan has over a decade of experience in quality management and supplier engineering within the cosmetics and electronics industries. Currently serving as QM and SQE Leader at HCP Global Cosmetics Packaging since January 2015, Alex Yan specializes in new supplier audits, critical new parts follow-up, and the approval of PPAP, while also summarizing and monitoring supplier quality performance for continuous improvement. Previously, as a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer at Foxconn (Huaian) from July 2011 to May 2014, Alex Yan focused on sourcing and evaluating suppliers for materials such as plastic, rubber, and adhesives, while executing molding trials and coordinating corrective actions with engineering teams. Alex Yan holds a Bachelor's degree in Polymer Materials and Engineering from Nanjing Institute of Technology, completed in 2011.
