Richard Haugeneder began their education in 1988 at Fa. Roederstein / IHK Niederbayern, where they obtained a Craft Certificate in Industrial Electronics Technician. Richard then went on to complete their Instructor Examination at Handwerkskammer Niederbayern/Oberpfalz in 1993. In 1994, they attended Fachschule für Techniker / DAG-Technikum Würzburg, where they earned the title of State Certified Electrical Engineer. Continuing their education, Richard obtained their degree as a Technischer Betriebswirt (IHK) / Master of Technical Management CCI from Industrie- und Handelskammer Würzburg-Schweinfurt in 2001. In 2013, they completed a program in Six Sigma, Quality Management, and Lean Operations Management at Universität für Weiterbildung Krems, and obtained a Six Sigma-Green Belt certification from Donau-Universität Krems. Additionally, Richard obtained a Fachkraft (IHK) für Qualitätsmanagement -Grundstufe- certification from IHK - Akademie Niederbayern in 1999.
