Bill Cour

Bill Cour has extensive experience in service delivery and operations, currently serving as Sr. Manager at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas since September 2010. In this role, Bill leads a team focused on the Contact Management Center technology portfolio, developing applications such as speech-to-text analytics and conversational AI to enhance customer experience.
