Gabrielle McDonald

Gabrielle McDonald possesses extensive experience in medical management and social work, currently serving as a Senior Medical Management Specialist at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas since August 2016, where responsibilities include in-home assessments and care coordination for MMAI members. Previous roles include Case Manager Specialist/Care Coordinator at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago, conducting comprehensive assessments for senior citizens and veterans, and various internships and positions focusing on supporting individuals with disabilities and facilitating health education programs.
