Jim Heath

Jim Heath is an experienced executive in corporate benefits and human resources, currently serving as the Executive Director of Corporate Benefits at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas since 2009. In this role, Jim oversees the strategic direction of corporate benefits for over 20,000 employees. Previously, Jim held the position of Director of Corporate Benefits at Blue Cross, where responsibilities included the development, design, and communication of health and welfare benefit programs for 19,000 employees. Jim's background includes serving as Global Director of Compensation, Benefits and Administration at Hollister Incorporated from 2007 to 2009, and as HR Director at Discover Financial Services from 1986 to 2007. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from DePaul University and a Master of Science in Human Resources Industrial Relations from Loyola University Chicago, with additional education from Harvard Graduate School of Education.
