Jon Locke

Jon Locke, MBA, serves as the Senior Engineering Services Manager at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas, leading a team of 45 software engineers across four states. With a focus on the Discovery, Design, Build, Test, and Delivery of product-aligned applications and APIs, Jon successfully redefined the software development delivery process, resulting in over $300,000 in cost savings in 2021. Previous roles include Cybersecurity Solutions Specialist, where Jon standardized security infrastructure to maintain PKI compliance, and Production Support Analyst, responsible for addressing storage area network issues and provisioning extensive storage solutions. Jon earned a Bachelors of Science in Telecommunications Management from Illinois State University and is currently pursuing an MBA at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
