Stephanie Osemwegie holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology Exercise Science from the University of Houston and dual Master's degrees in Healthcare Administration and Business Administration from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. Currently serving as the Director of Commercial Network Regulatory Operations at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas since February 2023, Stephanie oversees regulatory compliance for HCSC's Commercial group networks across five states. Prior experience includes roles at Memorial Hermann Health System, where responsibilities included managing State and Regulatory Network Adequacy filings and implementing process improvements, and at HCA Healthcare, where project management focused on Joint Commission compliance.
