Jae Chong

Jae Chong is the Head of Global Skincare, collaborating with brands from across the globe. He has worked at HCT for 8 years and has been within the beauty industry for more than 15 years. Prior to joining the beauty industry, Jae worked in both the fashion and beverage industries. This diverse background led him to become an expert in skincare packaging with an emphasis on dispensing systems, specifically airless and atmospheric packaging. During his time at HCT, Jae not only started HCT’s Skincare Division, but he also lead the opening of the company’s first office in Seoul, Korea. He loves working at HCT because of the environment and culture, and is driven by his work and the opportunity to travel.
