Sanjay Tiwari

Sanjay Tiwari currently serves as the Head of Operations, Customer Experience, and Reinsurance Strategy at HDFC Life since October 2022, having previously held multiple leadership roles at the same company. With extensive experience in strategy and operations, Sanjay has been Chief Strategy Officer at Exide Life Insurance since July 2014, overseeing business strategy and large-scale transformation efforts. Prior roles include Director of Strategy and Executive Vice President at HDFC Standard Life Insurance, where product management and customer services were key responsibilities. Sanjay began their career in roles related to product planning and development at Future Generali India Life Insurance and other firms, building a strong foundation in life insurance and product management. Educational credentials include a Senior Management Program from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a postgraduate degree in Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
