Jim Brashears has several years of experience in software development, starting in 2006 as a VP of Software Development for Agrisoft/CMC. In 2013, they became a Quality Assurance Manager and later a Development Manager for Cultura Technologies. Jim currently holds the role of Software Development Manager at HdL Companies and also teaches as an Adjunct Professor at Citrus College since 2017.
Jim Brashears earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from DeVry University from 1999-2001. Jim attended Platinum Edge Certified Scrum Master Training in 2015. Jim also studied Criminology and Psychology at the University of Massachusetts Lowell and attended Newton North High School. Jim has obtained a certification as a Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance.
