Joslynn Hon

Joslynn Hon is an experienced professional with a strong background in learning and organizational development, currently serving as the Director of Learning & Organizational Development at HDR since December 1999. Joslynn has designed and delivered customized training programs, including topics such as Unconscious Bias and Emotional Intelligence. Previously, in the role of Senior National Marketing Coordinator, Joslynn managed nationwide communications and orchestrated large conference events. Joslynn also contributed as a Performance Consultant by creating the company's first micro learnings and implementing a global change management strategy. Earlier experience includes serving as a Marketing Assistant at Quality Living, where Joslynn led a recruiting campaign and supported rebranding efforts. Joslynn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing/Marketing Management from Bellevue University.
