Sathya L is currently a Softskills Trainer at Head Held High Foundation, where responsibilities include spearheading mobilization efforts on the Make India Capable project and coordinating training programs for diverse participants. Previously, Sathya served as Program Lead at NavSahyog Foundation, developing impactful projects and managing stakeholder relationships. As a Field Coordinator, leadership was demonstrated by supervising a team of 120 and overseeing project expansion across multiple villages in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. Early experience includes internships at NIMHANS and various health and non-profit organizations. Sathya holds a Master of Social Work with a focus on Clinical and Community Practice from CHRIST (Deemed to be University).
