Tatiyanna Philippe currently serves as a Program Coordinator at Heading Home since July 2021. Prior to this, Tatiyanna held the position of Case Manager at Hildebrand Family Self-Help Center, Inc. from November 2019 to July 2021. Tatiyanna also worked as a High Risk Coordinator at Alternative House (now Second Story) from August 2018 to November 2019, where responsibilities included collaborating with the local police department, the court system, and various agencies to combat domestic violence. Tatiyanna completed a degree at Salem State University between 2016 and 2019.

Heading Home’s mission is to end homelessness in Greater Boston by providing a supported pathway to self-sufficiency that begins with a home, together with critical services such as life skills, financial literacy, and job training. Heading Home provides emergency, transitional and permanent housing, and support services, to low-income homeless and formerly homeless families and individuals in the communities of Boston, Cambridge, Chelsea, Everett, Lawrence, Malden, Medford, Quincy, Revere, and Somerville.
