DJ Weymouth, CHC, CM-BIM, LSSYB, is the Founder and CEO of Magmar Solutions, LLC, where expertise in Construction Management and Construction Technology empowers project owners with insights into project status and financial validation. In addition, DJ serves as the Head of Industry Solutions at HeadLight, focusing on enhancing platform use cases and overseeing customer experience. Prior experience includes roles such as Director of Project Development at Clayco, where strategic planning and client engagement were prioritized, and various project management positions at leading construction firms. DJ's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Structural Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an Associate of Science in Mathematics from Southwestern Illinois College. Notably, DJ has contributed to education as an Adjunct Professor and participated on the Advisory Board for the Design Thinking Certificate Program at Missouri State University.
