Kevin Beals

Kevin Beals is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at HeadLight since February 2025, Beals also advises Weather Applied Metrics as a Board Advisor. Previously, Beals held the position of CFO at Bluescape Software from March 2016 to November 2024 and served on the Advisory Board of the Santa Clara University Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship from March 2013 to February 2020. Additional roles include Head of Finance at RetailNext from November 2013 to March 2016 and CFO/Co-Founder at Nearbuy Systems until its acquisition in November 2013. Beals has also worked at Aruba Networks as Worldwide Sales Controller and Head of Operations at AirWave, prior to AirWave's acquisition in March 2008. Early career experiences include serving as CFO/Co-Founder of 2Roam, which was acquired in March 2002, and Audit Manager at Frank, Rimerman & Co. Beals earned a degree in Business with a focus on Accounting from Santa Clara University between 1991 and 1995.
