Jason Trethowan has extensive work experience in various leadership positions. Jason served as the Chief Executive Officer of headspace since 2017. Jason also held the role of Company Director at Gforce Employment Solutions from 2021. Previously, they worked as a Company Director at Barwon Health, PALZ (Professionals with Alzheimers), and G21 Geelong Region Alliance. From 2015 to 2017, they were the Chief Executive Officer at Western Victoria Primary Health Network, where they successfully established new governance and organizational structures. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Executive Officer at Barwon Medicare Local and played a crucial role in increasing community access to health services in the Barwon region. Jason Trethowan earned their MBA in Business Management from Deakin University between 2001 and 2006. Prior to that, they completed a degree in GCHI in Health Informatics at Monash University from 1998 to 1999. Jason began their education at La Trobe University in 1992 and finished in 1995, obtaining a degree in MRA in Health Information Management.
