Natalie Calio has diverse work experience in data analytics and governance roles. Natalie is currently working at headspace as the Data Insights & Governance Lead, responsible for managing the organization's National Minimum Data Set (MDS) and improving data quality. Prior to this, Natalie worked as a Principal Data Analytics Consultant at Natalie Calio Consulting and as a Senior Data Analyst at the Department of Health & Human Services, Victoria. Natalie also has experience as a Senior Data Governance Analyst at DEDJTR and as a Data Analyst & Research Officer at the Department of Health & Human Services, Victoria. Natalie's earlier roles include Planning, Research & Evaluation Officer at BreastScreen SA and a research internship at Population Research & Outcome Studies (PROS).
Natalie Calio completed a Foundation Course in AIATSIS at AIATSIS in 2023. Prior to that, they attended Evergreen Data Academy from 2021 to 2022 to earn a degree in Data Visualization. In 2014, Natalie obtained a Master's degree in Public Health from the University of Adelaide. Natalie had previously completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychological Science from the same university in 2012.
